    1. The outline and summary of my sleeping pattern is all together not entirely healthy, I wake up in the night three out of five times in a week and i don't get the 8.5-10 hours i need to healthily wake up in the morning and have the most productive day possible, as i would want. In fact the minimum of what i need is the maximum of what i'm getting. With the 7-8.5 hours of sleep i have been getting recently will leave me tired in the mornings and being on my mobile and computer will stop me from being able to get to sleep as easily in the evenings.
    2. The short and long term affects of my disrupted sleeping pattern (due to phones, computers etc) before sleeping are all negative. The short term consist of being tired when waking up, finding it hard to get to sleep, and getting woken in the night.
the long term affects are all rather more serious and include losing concentration and ability to do school work properly.
    3. Go to bed at a given time every night in complete darkness to start production of melatonin (sleep drug). Wake up at the same time and look into bright light for a minute every morning to quell produce of melatonin. Nap during the day to make up for lost sleep if you have had to lose sleep time.
    4. Using mobile phones and backlit devices before going to sleep can have very negative affects on your health and day to day abilities.
It can can lead to mood and personality changes, ADHD-like symptoms, depression, lack of concentration and loss of academic skills. It takes longer to enter the first deeper stages of sleep and spends less time in the deepest most necessary stage of the sleep cycle.

    Wiki page 1- STRESS
The stress associated topic: COPING WITH A STRESSFUL EVENT
Everyone has had to cope with a stressful event over their lifetime, and each day every person is bombarded with images, sounds and details that can sometimes overwhelm you. The level of stress that is manageable varies from person to person, depending on their everyday lifestyle and how they have been bought up as a child. But when it comes to coping with an event that is impacting on your everyday routine, many people have no idea how to handle the problem sufficiently.
Coping with a stressful event can impact greatly on a person's mental and physical health:
    depression
    lack of sleep
    loss of concentration
unable to compete well in physical activities
    constant anger
Someone having to Cope with a stressful event can also impact greatly on the environment around them:
getting angry at the people around them
an angry or violent air about them
    pushing friends away
having a dirty and untidy living space
not caring about the way they look
Some of the actions or strategies you can take to cope with the stress:
leaving enough time for musical or artistic relaxation time ( to calm down)
    getting enough sleep
thinking about the stress topic from a different point of view
talking to close friends about the stressful situation
talking to a professional about the situation.
meditation. relax you mind and forget your troubles.
exercise. Exercising helps to control your thought pattern better and get rid of the hormones in your body that are the result of stress.
avoid topics of conversation that get on your nerves. For example if your having family problems, try not to have a conversation with someone about family.
focus on the positive side of the stressful situations your placed in.
Write in a Diary of some kind, because if you aren't able to talk to anyone else about your stressful situation the next best thing is talking to yourself.
The various levels of support offered to someone going through stress can be individual, communal and with the government. three examples of the type of stress support casn be offered to are:
    being sexually harrassed
sexually abused, parents divorced, leaving the country
